Thank you for choosing HIPUROGA. As a direct manufacturer, we are committed to delivering premium activewear with absolute efficiency and a hassle-free experience. Please review our production and shipping timelines below.

1. Production Time (Order Processing)

  • Retail / Blank Products: Processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.

  • Custom Sample Orders (MOQ 1): Our standard turnaround time for sample production with your custom logo is 5 business days.

  • Bulk Custom Orders: Production time varies based on order quantity and complexity. A precise timeline will be provided on your formal invoice before production begins.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
All international orders are shipped directly from our global supply chain hub in Yiwu, China. We partner with reliable international air freight carriers (Premium Direct Air Lines) to ensure stable, door-to-door delivery to studios worldwide.

  • Direct Air Shipping to Major Destinations (US, UK, EU, Canada & Australia): Typically takes 7-14 business days in transit after dispatch.

  • Rest of the World: Typically takes 10-18 business days, depending on your destination country and local customs clearance.

(Note: Transit times are estimates and may be subject to severe weather, holiday peak seasons, or remote destination routing.)

3. Hassle-Free Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DDP)
No surprise fees! We understand that dealing with international customs can be a headache for studio owners. For orders shipping to the US and most EU countries, HIPUROGA covers the customs clearance, import duties, and taxes. The price you pay at checkout or on your invoice is the final price—your package will be delivered straight to your door without any hidden customs bills.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor its journey.
