The Science of Studio Branding: Why Your Custom Logo Needs More Than Just Ink

Not All Transfers Are Created Equal

In the professional yoga world, a logo that cracks during a deep stretch is a brand disaster. At HIPUROGA, we’ve engineered a three-tier branding system to ensure every detail of your garment is retail-ready and industrial-wash proof.

1. The Premium Identity: TPU Laser-Cut Logo

For your main brand logo (Small Silver Labels), we use TPU Metallic Laser-Cut Films.

  • Why: TPU offers a superior metallic sheen and "body" that PET films lack.

  • Result: It looks like a luxury hardware detail, giving your studio gear an instant designer upgrade.

2. Zero-Friction Comfort: Silver Ink Size Tags

Internal comfort is as important as external style. Our size tags use Ultra-Thin Silver Ink Film.

  • Why: It is thinner than a hair, ensuring a "tagless" experience.

  • Result: No itching, no irritation—just the smooth feel of our HipuAir™ fabric.

3. The Stretch Test: Korean PU vs. Standard PET (White Ink)

For large, colorful designs, we insist on Korean PU Hybrid Technology over standard PET/White Ink (DTF) prints.

  • Standard PET (The "Cracker"): Looks bright, but the film layer is rigid. Under high tension, it develops "holes" or cracks.

  • Korean PU (The "Stretcher"): It’s a flexible elastomer. It moves with the fabric fibers.

  • Result: As shown in our lab tests, our PU logos stay intact and vibrant, even after 50+ wash cycles.

In-House Control for Every Press

By owning our own precision heat-press machinery, we control the exact temperature and pressure required for each fabric type. This hand-crafted approach ensures a permanent bond that mass-produced items often miss.
